In addition, a fellow member must pass knowledge, skills assessment and oral interview considered as suitable by the institute\u2019s standard of certification.<\/p><p><strong>E. FULL MEMBERSHIP (MCEC):<\/strong>\u00a0MBA, MSC, MPA, PHD in any field from a recognised university, HND, BSC with 5 years work experience.
